  Only under the circumstances that WE SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM will we accept returns and pay the return shipping fees.

As a customer turned business owner i know how it is to have to wait around for your shipment with that in mind we try our hardest to process orders and get them shipped in a timely manner. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing of all  orders and an additional 3-7 business days for your shipment to be delivered. In order to keep things speedy and running smoothly we can only allow up to 24  hours after placing a order for it to be canceled.

HAIR CARE TIPS:

• Shampoo your Hair at least once a week
• Use a shampoo that's no higher than pH7
• Do NOT massage Hair Extensions
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
• Apply conditioner and comb through bundles with a wide tooth comb starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp
• Rinse Hair thoroughly
• Let the Hair Extensions air dry
• DAILY MAINTENANCE: Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
• For wavy & curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
• For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner and water
• To dampen the bundle hair, please use with a water bottle
• Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
• Let bundles air dry
• Style as desired
• AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
